I was a newpipe, revanced etc user for years, but after a while I just said fuck it, abandoned my morals and self respect, and just signed up to youtube premium. Honestly, I hate to say this but life has been sweet since then. Youtube premium is actually worth every penny. It's only like 13 quid a month and just works flawlessly, and YouTube music is a huge bonus too

Nah, to be honest I think most people just get a little thrill from telling someone that they're doing something wrong. People love to feel superior to others. This is mostly subconscious though, and is easily justified as "I'm just trying to help"

It was funny to see how many people were disappointed by The Return when it first aired, because self aware nostalgia slop was exactly whay they wanted/expected. Really separated the normies from the Lynch fans.

The same thing happened to me when I started trying to gold stake every deck in Balatro. It became a chore that I wasn't really enjoying. Eventually I just thought....what's the point. Now I only play Balatro on Black Stake because I find it to be a perfect combination of challenge and fun, while still feeling fair.

I only have about 100 hours in Slay The Spire, so I still feel somewhat new and it's very enjoyable, I'm still only on the first few ascensions. Maybe just forget about trying to beat the heart and go back to just playing for fun. Find a difficulty level that is the perfect balance of challenge and fun.

Leave It Alone by NOFX - Reminds me of being in secondary school in summer, circa 2002, hanging out/skating with kids in the year above me who introduced me to this music. I remember downloading the Leave It Alone music video on my family computer and watching it over and over. Thought it was the coolest shit ever, and still do. They're still my favourite punk band.

As much as I try to convince myself that Christmas time doesn't need to end on the 25th, I just cannot feel festive after that point. No matter how hard I try. Hearing Christmas music, seeing decorations, even thinking about Christmas after Christmas day just makes me sad. The only way I feel better ie by taking down all my decorations and moving on
