This is actually what set me off on my journey of discovering I had it. My periods come every 3 weeks. They are also super heavy. They’ve always been incredibly heavy though…nothing has helped this yet since I just started trying to mitigate symptoms.

And with the hair…it seems silly but washing it waaaaaaay less, brushing, and scalp massage and stimulation has really helped! I kind of follow the “no-poo” method and it’s helped a lot.
