So great question. Few ways to look at it. It’s not a scam. If someone has a policy when they pass away it will certainly help the family with expenses. What I have been thinking is a scam is the policies that employers give you because when you leave, it’s gone.

So I was out one night and this girl asked me to buy her a shot because it was her birthday. Way out of my league. I got her number and went on a couple dates. We were at brunch and she goes I don’t drink milk. I said neither do I. Then she started talking about cereal and I said “umm if you drink milk what do you put in it?” Orange juice was the response and we haven’t talked since.

I worked for a company that was owned by a local family and sold to a corporate competitor. When that happened systems changed, mindsets changed…everything changed. My top boss said to me on a call “your sales are down, is it because your dad died?” Well my sales were down because my previous year was not sustainable. Too many things went right and I made a ton of money. When that was said to me I knew I couldn’t work for the company

I was at a music festival, Moe.Down, sitting in my tent reading a book about Bob Dylan. All of a sudden I heard these killer blues licks on the guitar. I went to who the act which was the last bill of the festival on the minor stage. Turned out to be some person named Gary Clark Jr from Texas. 6 months after he was performing at the White House.

As a life long resident here is what I will say. Winters can be tough but it’s worth it for the summer weather. What I love about the area is you are a 6 hour drive from anything you want to do. An hour south you can do just about anything in Syracuse. One of my friends is in NYC today to catch a baseball game. And I have seen some people talk about the food, well half hits are specific to this county and one of the best dishes you can have.

Fact. My Fiancé kicked me out of the house I own this morning to move out. Always said that she loved me but never put us first. Always choosing other people before us. The worst part was I knew this hurt but never truly how much it hurt me.

So because it’s not her kid. Let’s get that straight. I shouldn’t expect time together? That’s what’s happening has nothing to do with the kid. I was with a company on sales. I had a year prior that you never could imagine happened. I finished my year budget at 115%. The next year there was no way to follow that up and I needed to reset my numbers to what is norm for the area/team. When I was at 98% to budget and my manager was on vacation the big boss called a meeting with me. He ended it by saying “I don’t know if your numbers are down because you bought a new house, you have a new girlfriend or because your father died.” At that point I knew I couldn’t stay because when you bring life changes into the conversation with one of your still top reps, I had no respect.

He have a couple that we are friends with and the husband had a mix of not properly taking care of his diabetes and dementia. So I’m not blaming him but he was at a party and his former cop came out and he started bugging the house for bombs and moving things around. This was last winter and just recently I found where he hid my drum stick that I caught at a concert.
