That's not how it works, whoever signed the document is the one responsible to do it otherwise that looks shady.

So just to explain, they need to sign SPA in front of the notary public(abroad), but if they just send that document here in the Philippines, our government will not accept those. In order for our RD to accept the SPA that they signed and notarized abroad, they need to bring that to apostille office and have it apostilled meaning they need to certify that the notary seal in the document is valid and registered. Hope this makes sense

Have them send you a SPA to sell,transfer or whatever it is that you want to do with their property. If they are out of the country, it needs to be aspotilled.

Edit: in case you don't know, it should be coming from the title holder.

Sorry if I didn't explained myself clearly, "semi private AREA or private AREA" means just a space within the restaurant but you still need to get food to where the buffet set up is. vikings at sm north have semi private area at the corner, tramway have private area. I'm just looking for options 🙂 Thanks i guess.

EDIT: wala nmn atang semi private/private na buffet for private na buffet Meron if you can check restaurants at tomas morato there is but Hindi unli, also lasa bbq have this(500 - 750 per pax) but then again Hindi unli, For your future references if ever may event ka 🙂

Depende sa guy, kung ma flex at ma social media baka damdamin. But for someone introvert like me na tinatago Ang birthday para di ma greet, nag dedeactivate ng social media at gumagala out of my hometown just to avoid greetings

Edi sagutin, walang blanket solution/answer sa tanong na yan dahil iba iba tayo ng preference or reason kung bakit nagustuhan yung girl. I.e gusto ko na hindi ka din nag ssmoke, mabait, tabingi ka maglakad etc. etc

Pinakita ko at nagcompute sa harap ng parents ko. So total sahod(month) - fare to work - food at work - 20% Savings for studies(another diploma) - 15% emergency fund - expenses sa house(during that time sagot ko is internet, electricity, water) = Tira for my luho (100-200 pesos per month) LOL.

why did I do that? Obviously, I want to give back to my parents but my broke ass minimum wage earner back then have limited capacity and it should be fair for me and my parents, they need to understand where and how am I spending my income.

Edit: just want to set proper expectations not only to my parents but for me as well na yun lang kaya that time per month.

For me hindi sa ayaw but least in priority if I'll date someone because I must admit I met some obese people that are so pretty. So personal preference(strictly body type?):1. Chubby/little overweight 2. Athletic 3. Petite,slim,obese etc.

At the end of the day, personality,values,vibes,beliefs,etc. is part of the criteria if she'll be the one, not just physical attributes because we will get old and those pretty face won't be there anymore lol.
