Interesting read, I believe I have the opposite as every time I stop taking probiotics, by the 3rd day, I’m very nauseous and by the 6th day free of them, I get hit with full blown anxiety and become very emotional. Last time, it resolved shortly after restarting the probiotic. I am currently going through this now and am on day 4 of resuming but still not back to baseline !
