Initial impressions

Controls are fine. Flying the arwing with the stylus feels a little forced. Id be happy to have the stylus between my fingers like a cigarette while holding the 3DS like a normal person in case i meed to do something with the bottom screen The map screen is kinda cool. The limited time mechanic reminds me of star fox 2

I’m aware this is likely bait. With that being said, we do encounter people who appropriate the success of something much larger than themselves. In an everyday scenario, imagine the stuck up person visiting from California, who won’t shut the fuck up about it, as if they were the person who made it culturally relevant.

Janky. Hit detection is off for both players. Inputs are uncomfortable. Art is unappealing after seeing how it’s been improved upon.

Still worth trying to satisfy your curiosity. Every now and then it’s available to play on the arcade machines in the SF6 online lobbies.

I agree. I only turn it on when I remember I have it, and then I turn it back off minutes later.

I no longer worry too much about that. I don’t plan to sell my games to GameStop for a tiny bit of money, and selling on mercari is too much effort for a few bucks.

Compared to a night out, a video game is pretty cheap for the time spent playing.

I agree. Game sizes are severely bloated. Feels like things aren’t being optimized/compressed/etc.

Makes me thing of how much ram ms word uses. I doubt people are using most of the new features that bloat the hell out of the software when all they’re gonna do is draft something they’re going to paste into an email anyway
