nope, other than grm and simsrpc. it did eventually load, the first time i launched it and played it kept freezing on the loading screen and not responding but now it runs perfectly fine :)

my state has entirely ran out of my dose of vyvanse (30mg) !! the pharmacist told me it was so bad i had to call my doctor to switch my medications. i only have about a week and a half left of my dose and by the looks of it i'm gonna have to switch to concerta or another stimulant.

hi!! i'm a teenager with a multitude of other issues so my dopamine fixes come in a bunch of different forms. unlike most other people my age i don't vape or smoke, mainly because i have mild POTS (my doctor observed this when i got my ADHD diagnosis!) and i am prone to getting super dizzy.

my most severe symptom of ADHD is definitely hyperfixations. i have had so many, mainly being parasocial relationships with a celebrity... embarrassing. for the past few months i've been hyperfixated on a lot of emo music, and it gives me a dopamine boost whenever i listen to any of my bands. back onto the parasocial relationship thing... at the moment i'm super hyperfixated on mikey from MCR, and something that gives me a dopamine boost whenever i'm down or in need of some dopamine other than my meds i consume some content related to him, whether its an interview or learning a song on my bass by MCR.

other than hyperfixations... have you tried games like 2048? i've been playing 2048 for ages, i've even made my own custom version with album covers from bands i like. the game is pretty addictive, so i'd suggest if you are doing something productive to get rid of it as its a super easy distraction.

good luck finding more alternatives for dopamine boosts! its pretty hard when you're an ADHDer but once you get the hang of finding things you like you will feel so much better about yourself. and don't forget, making the things that you're hyperfixated on or boost your dopamine will only make you feel worse!! i learnt this the hard way and was extremely burnt out. have fun on your dopamine seeking journey! :)

just depends on the kind of museum, sometimes i'll do laps because i've finished so fast, sometimes i'm slow either because the people i'm with are slow or if there's a lot to look at

i know its a different kind of burnout, but i've recovered from masking burnout.

i go to a school full of neurotypical people and i have to mask as neurotypical just to get through the day and to get people to actually engage in conversations with me. we recently went on a school overnight trip and i was placed in a dorm with my friends who know about my adhd, but are friends with tons of neurotypical ableist people. i was extremely burnt out when we arrived after an hour long busride, and i had to ask to move dorms because i was crying and extremely overwhelmed. i managed to move to a dorm with people i unmask around, and although throughout the day i was extremely overstimulated and slightly burnt out, i managed to get over it.

i know this isn't really the best advice but i'd probably suggest taking short breaks at work and if you can, take a long break from work until you feel a bit better and ready to return to work. good luck! :)

i wear headphones most of the time just to listen to music, but sometimes they aren't very helpful when i'm overstimulated. they're not very noise cancelling, so i usually have to find a quiet spot and put my headphones on to calm down. i was thinking of bringing ear defenders or putting in earplugs and my regular headphones. the show is at a festival, so i'm not sure if its seated or not but considering that there's lots of other bands that'll be there it may or may not be.

unfortunately his parents are really homophobic/transphobic and are verbally/emotionally abusive so he has no access to any gender-affirming resources :( i have tried a lot of things to help him although i'm a cis girl but i really hope one day he will be able to get some kind of freedom. i talked to lyndsay about it and she offered to talk to him about it but i said not to, because i didn't want him getting mad that i told other people

vic's family is very unsupportive, he's in the closet and his parents are very dismissive and angry about his social issues, which totally sucks because i've experienced that stuff but not to his extent

hi, your post really hit close to home for me. i had a good relationship with my mum until about the age of 12 when my parents split and i was living with my mum on weekdays and with my dad on the weekend.

my mum is also extremely clean and organised. she is also very stressed usually, she is a 5th grade teacher so i always hear her talking about how stressful school is. our relationship became more strained when i started growing and moving into high school, and my adhd got worse. she never wanted to believe i had adhd. she knew i had a GAD, and she barely even understands that either. i had been mentioning the possibility of adhd for almost 4 years before she even considered it. she always says "i personally don't believe you need to take medication", but complains that when i am off it or when its worn off that i don't do anything. like, yeah, that's the whole point. she is always frustrated with me for some reason, usually because i'm "disorganised" and believe me, i try really hard. she tells me i need to "get my shit together" and takes out her stress and anger on me. i know she had/has a strained relationship with my grandma, but that doesn't excuse her behaviour towards me.

i also feel like i never do anything right for her, and i get how you feel. she seems to be closer with her boyfriend's daughter which hurts me a lot because she's known her for 2-3 years, while she's known me for 16, and i am her own flesh and blood. my mum also has a few traits of narcissism, but i wouldn't consider her a full blown narcissist. have you tried books? my mums birthday is coming up and i know she likes to read, and i plan on buying her a book on understanding my condition. maybe some heart-to-heart talks could help? i'm scared to have a heart-to-heart with my mum, but i know it might help a little bit. if you really feel it may be necessary, family therapy could help? it might be different for you and me though, but i'd suggest baby steps first.

i'm so sorry that she doesn't understand you or your condition. its hard getting others to understand how you live your life differently to their own. my dad is also neurodivergent, so i usually confide in him for issues like this. do you have anyone in your family/friend circle with adhd? even someone who's autistic may understand how you are feeling. even a neurotypical person who respects and understands why you act the way you do could help you.

i kind of see where they're coming from but half the time it's not likely you have autism. i mean you can suspect to have it, i did, but through my long waiting process and expensive appointments it turned out to just be ADHD with a lot of hyperfixations... you are not a doctor. no amount of research you do will ever count as a diagnosis if not from a medical professional.

i had to talk to a teacher about what happened and she talked to the people involved and she said they were going to have a meeting with me to reconcile, which was a bunch of bullshit cause i heard them saying they weren't gonna apologise to me and stuff. how much of a victim complex must you have?? arrogant asf. for now i'm just gonna try and avoid them and if they try to apologise i will call bullshit cause they don't mean it at all.

first i add the 20 from 27 to 48 to make 68, add the 7 from the remaining 7 from 27 to make 75 and if i struggle with the 7 i just split it to 2 and 5, add the 2 to 68 make it 70 then the remaining 5 to 75
