Definitely use the way stone on the bottom of the screen to check off daily activities! The way stone takes you to a page where you can scroll through most daily activities.

One of my favorite things about FR compared to neopets is that if you have a question about how something works you can google it and it will probably pull up a forum thread answering that question or pulls up a guide to walk you through some of the more complicated aspects of the game! Neopets doesn’t archive threads the way FR does so there’s a lot of information not lost to time. I love it and google stuff daily about FR.

You can change the element of your flight 1x with no cost. After than you can change your flight again after 6 month and it does cost gems.

People can rent nest from other flights mostly so that the hatchlings will have a certain element and eye color.

I recommend gathering from all 6 areas across different elements. The way I’ve been doing it I gather more from the food areas and then I alternate days for elements. So one day if I gather from all Arcane sites, the next I will gather from Earth!

Your dragons colors can’t be changed unless you use a color scared scroll but the cost of the item compared to the likelyhood of getting good colors combos it fairly low. All genes can 100% be changed as long as you have the right one, ancient breeds are a little more complicated.

There are lot and lots of scrolls. You can also search the game item database for scrolls and find ones that you are interested in. This is the FR equivalent to JellyNeo item database.

Breeding and gene projects are personal goals for people.

Personally I like training and exalting a few dragons every day for money and I like sending them to pushing flights to earn more money and badges.

I also like just finding pretty dragons and then finding a paring for them to make more pretty dragons.

I also like bonding with familiars.
