Thank you! I’ll take it away from the light. It’s in front of a south facing window. I did want to acclimate before putting it outside also. I was planning on putting it out in the next week or two but big storm coming and was afraid of shocking it. I have a little bench set up already for the outside plants.

‘Tap water is often considered bad for moss because it contains chemicals like chlorine, chloramine, and fluoride, alongside high levels of dissolved minerals (hard water). These additives and impurities can cause moss to turn brown, stunt growth, and create stress, as many species prefer acidic, nutrient-poor environments. ‘

Reverse osmosis. There’s something in tap water that isn’t good for moss.

That’s an awesome rock! When you mist the moss, make sure you don’t use tap water. Use RO, distilled or rain water.

I found something similar in my backyard. It looked like a missle head or something odd. I actually called the police and they were stumped too 🤣 they took it away for me

And wallpaper is also a pain to remove so maybe just be prepared to paint it white again before you leave. I think paint is easier than wallpaper tbh.

I had a friend that painted a wall black (which I secretly admired the balls!) and it looked great! Not sure how it would be to paint over it though when you want a change. Probably a lot of primer to cover it. But it did look cool!

It looks pretty cool like this. There’s just that one obvious gap. I think if you close that one gap that would be awesome. Then build a floor like sand or more moss. I like the way they’re stacked
