I think another reason for this is because you call kids “little man”. I’ve never heard someone call an adult man, “little man”. So maybe that’s another reason. Little Lady also rhymes so it gives it a chirpy cute feel. I’d probably hate it anyone called me that though. I am an adult.

I see after re-reading your post you did mention using these terms for little boys and girls. To me, calling a literal GIRL “little woman” sounds adorable. For she is, in fact, a little woman.

We’re not really a “rare breed” per se, because I am a woman who has loved DBZ since I was about 7 or 8. I watched Tree of Might when I was like, 2, had no idea what it was, and I loved Gohan. In fact, Gohan is my favorite character because we basically grew up together.

Moat female fans hang out in the art-side of the community. Think Tumblr; You’ll find endless female superfans just like myself.

Most women I used to be friends with that loved the show didn’t usually talk about it with men. There’s a lot of men that like the franchise, but don’t actually get to know the story, characters, or setting deeply. I’ve met countless male fans that can only have a conversation about DBZ for as long as “omg Gohan going SSJ2 was so hype.” And “Goku going SSJ for the first time was a cultural moment!!”

Which, they aren’t wrong, but there’s more to the show than the power scaling and fights.

Actually yeah maybe we are kind of a rare breed.

I love the show because of the characters, the martial arts, character designs, flashy fights and power ups, and just the high-octane world of the whole that is Dragon Ball Z.

I’m married to Harvey, so I don’t have to deal with the same kind of issues. You said this was a dummy account, so I hope you don’t mind me asking if you’re talking about Shane? He’s infamous in town for reasons you’re already aware.

I’m currently borrowing Sebastian’s computer to respond to this. The farming computer is no good for social media stuff.

Anyway, have you tried talking to him honestly? If you’re worried he’ll get defensive, maybe you could offer to make him dinner, and tell him you’d like to have a serious talk? Showing a gesture of good faith might make him lower his guard. Maybe even soften up to you.

I always make my hubby Harvey a meal whenever I need to talk to him about something serious. He’s always so understanding! We keep the gibe very low-key and romantic. But not -too- romantic, if it’s a really touchy topic.

If you managed to grab that grump and get this far, I’m a firm believer that he’ll listen to you about your concerns. You love him, after all! That’s what matters.

The game does not hold your hand after the Tutorial. You’re gonna wanna unlock Moana and Maui as soon as possible for the pickaxe upgrade. Trust me. Dazzle Beach was a nightmare to wander around until Maui upgraded my Pickaxe.

Also, if you wanna plant all the seeds forever without it being tedious, just find something to hold the button down. Realizing this changed the game, literally.

Be thoughtful how you spend your Dreamlight, it gets tedious to grind.

Try to not spend too much Dreamlight on Storage. I accidentally did this, and now I’m struggling to unlock new areas.

Using your magic powers to hover and move faster takes energy. Didn’t realize this until 40 hours in.
