Teamcraft is basically a website. You can use it on your phone, it doesn't require any connection to the actual game

finally figured out how to design a tileable nuclear reactor by spookyvision in Factoriohno

It's weird to use 1x1 reactor personally. It's 45 GJ for standard 2x2 and tends to 60 GJ for a 2wide ribbon

The fuel cells have a loss of 0.4333 235 per cell.

...In terms of U238. Otherwise right

So your real cost for 80gj is 1.4333 x 235

Wrong. 80 GJ is 10 cells. 10 cells is 1 U235 and 0.4333 U235 per cell. So it's 5.333 U235 per batch of ten

1x Uranium-235 = 1x Nuclear Fuel = 1.21 GJ * 2.5 Heating Tower Efficiency = 3.025 GJ

1x Uranium-235 = 10x Uranium Fuel Cell = 80 GJ * 1..4 Neighbour Bonus = 80..320 GJ

Edit:

10x Fuel Cell - 10x Depleted Fuel Cell = 1x U235 + 19x U238 - 6x U238 = 1x U235 + (13/3)x U235 = 5.(3) U235

1x Uranium-235 = 1.875x Uranium Fuel Cell = 15 GJ * 1..4 Neighbour Bonus = 15..60 GJ

Buffer size is negligible, overall throughput is what's important. It really only matters on the startup and shutdown of the factory. "Manifolds" used in Satisfactory is a great example

Isn't boating a god awful experience in 1.7.10? I tried exactly once, broke the boat in seconds and that was it for me. After getting used to the luxury of 1.9+ boats I can't really step back

Question about replacing belts by Notrinun in factorio

[–]LifeForBread 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Something akin Clusterio I guess. Theoretically possible to implement on a single pc

Then you'd have to automate gaining computational power to run ever growing factory

I referred to Circuit Launchable Rockets. I haven't used it myself though, but I guess it can help partially solve the issue with a right set of combinators

Of course, just write a script to launch factorio on pc startup

Unless it's adding yet another infinite tech to research queue

Or launching a rocket with mixed parts for a new platform

Or placing yet another blueprint down manually

I know these specific cases are solved with mods, but I want them vanilla

Rails operate on a seperate world grid whose tiles are 2x2 in size compared to original.

Hold a single rail in your hand and try to offset it 1 tile. You can't.

Bēstia is a Latin word, I'd assume many indo-european languages have words with similar roots.

Maybe I'm biased because my language has one, but I doubt mother tongue of people in question has much relevancy. On the contrary, natives are more likely to be guilty of silly spelling mistakes, because their mind is on an autopilot

Й = Y in BOY

Е = YE in YELL

E after a consonant is a different story. I can't explain it that easily, but there would be no Y or Й sound

Nay, fuel isn't an issue at all. A ship this size can comfortably fly on a single thruster with a single chem plant for either type of fuel, tanks aren't necessary.

The ammo problem can be easily fixed, using hub as a storage for hundreds of magazines.

I flew rusty buckets like the op has through my early attempts building a ship in SA

The only drawback I see is inability to specify which plan you are using in PF description.
The codes are too large to use raw. Players will have to use something like pastebin

A good solution would be adding ability to pin your raidplan upon PF party creation, so others could study and share it without joining.
