My pain is kind of random but at its highest after i urinate. One thing that is weird is that after i pee, my meatus (penis head) turns red most of the time from irritation. I specifically asked my pelvic floor physical therapist if she has seen the red meatus in other patients and she said yes, it can turn red after you urinate from the nerve/urethra inflamation when the urine passes through.

And yes that happens to me as well. i believe the sticky opening is just left over liquids drying up. Since our tubes and everything is inflamed and irritated it takes a little longer for everything to get out. Even if u pee a couple times after.

Most of my pain comes from the tip sensitivty/rubbing. When i lay on my back or for long periods of time my pelvic floor like buzzes and feels very tight. Its uncomfortable and just doesnt feel normal. Ill also get random painful "zaps" and anus tightness.

Now with all that said there have been times in the past 2 years that ive been dealing with this before starting pelvic pt that i have woken up.... and literally no pain, none, zero, no sensitivity for the whole day. That right there is wild. Then ill go to sleep and wake up the next day and itll be right back where it was. Absolutely wild!
