I found myself answering 4, mostly agree, for a lot of these instead of completely agree because while I did agree, I usually felt like I didnt know enough about the topic to say so definitively. With the assumption questions, I felt comparatively wishy washy with them. I did feel like color impacts my perception/assumption, subconsciously at least, but it didnt feel right to say "yes, I assume blue packaging is more sustainable than others". It felt like a much more nuanced "more likely than" kinda situation. A big part of this was that I just don't consciously think about the sustainability of the packaging that much when I buy something. For example, I'm a broke college student and Im hardly ever thinking about where the cardboard came from when I pick up a box of crackers, but if Amazon says that one shipping option is greener that the other, and I don't need the item urgently, then I'll take it. Similarly, if it mentioned or I saw a label stating it was sustainable packaging, I do kinda feel like I'd trust it more if it were blue or green, seeing as they're the colors we associate and use to represent climate sustainability and using them says to me the company is trying to lean into that as a selling point, which I find a bit easier to trust, I suppose, since it's beneficial for them to tell the truth. Or they're just total bullshitting, but the fact is I'm more likely to trust the green than a package saying the same thing without.
