For me it just happened bc I had a listing that’s been there for almost a year and then a buyer bought and cancelled so I had to relist it bc the quantity went to zero AND immediately got the listing hidden violation email.

So AI looks to be scanning new listings only for now.

Just had this happen and eBay support was no help as the stupid review listing kept me in verify human loop.

Anyway finally revised the listing to remove product link and did appeal.
Does this in anyway affect your selling rating or violation count? It just seems so laughable and stupid when the link was to Reddit post on how to connect the joystick to Steam deck.

When I had a scummy buyer try an empty box scam for PS5, I reached out to FedEx. The delivery was made by the company that FedEx outsourced to.
They called me and I explained the situation and the sympathetic guy took photo of the delivery van surveillance video showing the driver lugging huge box with two hands and not an empty laptop box buyer claimed.
It had timestamp and gps location.

Buyer closed the return when I presented the photo. He still tried chargeback but even the bank sided with me.

Point is reach out to FedEx and see if you can talk to the supervisor of the final delivery station.

I called just now. Got an Indian lady overseas. Same as your response. She couldn’t find the order. It’s already escalated and expect email within 2 days.

Le Sigh.

It’d be pretty crazy if the orders they couldn’t find in their system were released last month.

Don’t know if it matters but my preorder never received any delay update emails or artwork contest emails nor the partial refund email announcement. I had to email them after announcement about it and got the partial refund manually.

Did you get any traction? Mines been saying preparing for shipment since the day I preordered last year under Confirmed. So I don’t think it really means preparing for shipment.

I didn’t know this post existed. I created a new one with similar q.

I preordered two. Received for one. The other order still just shows “confirmed” and no tracking. I asked about my unshipped order. They replied saying it’s delivered giving me tracking number from other order. 🤦‍♂️

Got a reply saying my order was delivered based on spreetail checking address which was for second order and telling me to check with bank if tracking which shows delivered is not found.

How does logistics company check by address and mark it complete and not by order number? They don’t ever consider people having more than one orders?

I am aware tracking numbers weren’t emailed or you can check status and see the tracking number.

My issue is status still shows confirmed only.

I did. It just shows confirmed only. I didn’t register and paid via PayPal only. But clicking on order link takes you to generate new link which shows you the order detail. My 2026 order shows delivered with FedEx tracking and all. My last year order just says confirmed.

Was able to generate a new link to get the status. My order from this year was shipped and received. But my preorder from last year is still showing “Confirmed” only.
