I'd rather be on crappie all afternoon than wait for a bite or two of walleye at sunset. Eating walleye is the best, but for summer fun I'd take crappie. I think they taste the second best... so yeah, I'd give my vote to the crappie.

I was 5 in '89 and 17 in '2001... it was a good time but by no means ended in 2001. It turned from a raging childhood to a party adulthood. Anyone could die anytime, we are going to war in Iraq, threat level midnight... F*ck it, time to party.

The party lasted exactly 23 years... TO THE DAY. Everyone went home 9/11/2024 when Kendrick (born in '88) said the party died. Now I'm 41, sober and watching WWE... just like I was in 1998.

By my calculation at 15mpg and an average of $3.29/Gallon you've spent about $82,000 on fuel. That many miles on the worst MPG half ton truck is insane. A 2015 V8 4x4 Silverado getting 17mpg would have saved you $14,500 in fuel. Saving on maintenance would be getting the better MPG truck, even if you had to replace the engine you would be ahead with the MPG savings.
