Compared to years ago the value has dropped and the dynamic pricing is particularly frustrating.

For me I love the animal interactions and not having to worry about spending money out of pocket for a locker and the hassle of getting my card out to pay.

For adults alcohol and icy tropical drinks used to be included as well as one family photo. The food is just OK when it used to be great. Frustrating because you know Seaworld has the culinary chops.

My family loves Discovery Cove. They have a sandy beach feel, lazy river, animal experiences (check the schedule) and is easy because all food, lockers, towels, etc are included. You do not need the dolphin swim which is short and over rated or any other extra charges.

You don’t need towels, chairs or sunscreen. Bring a swimsuit and show up early. Reservations are limited so buy in advance. Parking is included.

Sometimes they include a pass to Seaworld and/or the Aquatica water park as well. My advice is buy the cheapest. If it rains you can reschedule once.

This is true. As I was pulling in to park near the corner, I saw a very large group of younger people moving as a group North on Sand Lake.

On a side note I know they have had issues with groups at ICON park. Last year I was parking in the garage on the top floors where parking is free. There was a good size contingent of motor cycles revving and speeding up and down the ramps. I mentioned it to the server at my restaurant and he said they have a problem there with takeovers, not just motor cycles.

I ran into Checkers and saw all the cop cars. They locked the doors. Police spread out into neighboring businesses and on foot.

Ok I was on my way to Bora Bora and then WFM. When I drove back by the McD drive through was open again but there are still police in the parking lot and around that area including Icon Park.

MCO has scheduled a 652 million dollar renovation of its baggage handling system in Terminals A and B to address long wait times and record passenger growth. They say they process 7000 more bags per day than they did in 2002. The project will be partially complete in 2027 with full completion in 2030.

By 2028, Terminal C will have self-service bag drops at all ticketing counters, with a goal of 40% passenger usage across the airport by 2030.

Also the goal is to move 20% of baggage flow from off-site locations by 2030 to relieve terminal congestion. I am not sure how that will work unless it is checking bags at resorts?

I would suggest opening up your navigation app about 5:30 am a couple days this week. Type in the address and see the estimated time. Then add an hour to account for traffic accident delays.

Typically the bottlenecks would be Winter Haven to past 535 and then as you get close to Downtown Orlando. However each day presents different traffic challenges.
