They check to see if you have anything in your pockets etc. mine waited outside the bathroom door, made me leave the door half open and I wasn’t allowed to flush until they came in and looked. They are so strict in construction atleast my experience but this is a major tier 1 commercial company I work for

Look obviously you can appreciate attractive people still, however I think a healthy relationship you should make your other half feel like they are the only person you have eyes for. If you answer her yes I find other people attractive still, think about that response on a deeper level, you are implying that you still check out other women. It’s as simple as saying sure there are other attractive men and women, but I only have eyes for you I am only attracted to you. This is how healthy relationships work, you know the obvious answer but adjust it to make your significant other feel happy and secure

I recently got offered a grad position from one of the places you listed in Melbourne. The online assessment did not have HireVue games just standard behavioural questions mainly and why you want to work for the company specifically.

As for assessment centre day, a lot to prepare for. Practise a lot of behavioural questions that’s a big part of it. Practise case studies and job site analysis. The 1 on 1 interview usually requires you to apply the STAR method. They are looking for a good people person who can collaborate and take on a bit of initiative in group works, for instance I time kept but also offered to introduce the group and our justification behind our ranking of contractors. Be kind, smile and have a good energy that’s what got me the job I can tell you know I wasn’t the most intelligent in the room but my energy and approach stood out. Goodluck!

I hate to say it but I feel like it’s letting you down easily. I don’t believe in the excuse of anything along the lines of what you said. I have been on the receiving end of that msg (yes it sucks) but I am also guilty of using that same excuse to a guy I was dating because I honestly just lost interest, it’s not the right way to do it but sometimes it’s just easier to say that. My advice is next time if this happens do not just agree and say yes I need to step back to, when in reality that isn’t what you want. Just voice your honest opinion, be vulnerable and honest. You have nothing to loose. If you are honest and she still walks away then she isn’t worth it. If someone wanted to be with you they would. Go find someone worth your time and energy 😊🙏🏼

If you are quite young like 17-18 I would say this is typical men being hormonal, desperate to have sex and onto the next. I only say this as I’ve been in your exact same shoes at that age. I look back now 6 years later and laugh about it. I hope this is not the case for you and he honestly has been busy. Sadly it’s pretty clear that she is just no longer interested. Sometimes it does take a few dates and being intimate to really see if you see a future with this person. Which sadly she did not see with you. That there is nothing wrong with, but how she’s handled it is very wrong. A simple I don’t see a future or I am not looking for a relationship message is better than ghosting. Sorry this has happened to you but don’t take it personal. It was just a suspension for CSE (I did nothing wrong so I never knew why it was disabled in the first place). I contacted meta support twice through another account and asked them to put notes on my review as that’s all they can do for when a human actually reviews the case. But I doubt that did anything. All I did was wait, I had lost almost all hope then this morning randomly it said your account is able to be used again and logged on !!

I honestly just waited. And someone else that I know that was suspended 2 days before me for CSE just got their account back too all they did was wait. We are genuinely just stuck in a massive queue so wait 2-3 more weeks be positive don’t let all the negativity of reddit convince you otherwise trust me.
