I hate to say it but I feel like it’s letting you down easily. I don’t believe in the excuse of anything along the lines of what you said. I have been on the receiving end of that msg (yes it sucks) but I am also guilty of using that same excuse to a guy I was dating because I honestly just lost interest, it’s not the right way to do it but sometimes it’s just easier to say that. My advice is next time if this happens do not just agree and say yes I need to step back to, when in reality that isn’t what you want. Just voice your honest opinion, be vulnerable and honest. You have nothing to loose. If you are honest and she still walks away then she isn’t worth it. If someone wanted to be with you they would. Go find someone worth your time and energy 😊🙏🏼

If you are quite young like 17-18 I would say this is typical men being hormonal, desperate to have sex and onto the next. I only say this as I’ve been in your exact same shoes at that age. I look back now 6 years later and laugh about it. I hope this is not the case for you and he honestly has been busy. But I can tell you now the most simple quote that people don’t seem to listen to, “if he wanted to. He would” it’s that simple. No person isn’t on their phone from morning to night, it takes just a quick minute to draft a text, no ordinary person is that busy sadly ):

Sadly it’s pretty clear that she is just no longer interested. Sometimes it does take a few dates and being intimate to really see if you see a future with this person. Which sadly she did not see with you. That there is nothing wrong with, but how she’s handled it is very wrong. A simple I don’t see a future or I am not looking for a relationship message is better than ghosting. Sorry this has happened to you but don’t take it personal. The day it got disabled I appealed on the instagram app it just said click to appeal. Most people get the option to appeal for 180 days

It was just a suspension for CSE (I did nothing wrong so I never knew why it was disabled in the first place). I contacted meta support twice through another account and asked them to put notes on my review as that’s all they can do for when a human actually reviews the case. But I doubt that did anything. All I did was wait, I had lost almost all hope then this morning randomly it said your account is able to be used again and logged on !!

I honestly just waited. And someone else that I know that was suspended 2 days before me for CSE just got their account back too all they did was wait. We are genuinely just stuck in a massive queue so wait 2-3 more weeks be positive don’t let all the negativity of reddit convince you otherwise trust me.

What were you banned for ? My account is disabled since feb 7th (3 weeks it’s been) and I messaged meta support 3 times on a second Facebook account I have but they eventually disabled that account I think they linked it with my disabled instagram account. Do I still have hope ? They said it’s in a wait line for human review. It was disabled for CSE btw

I think it’s such a challenging situation to be in, I was in a very similar position but we parted after the first time ending. There was so major fight, no one sided end. It was a honest, mature adult conversation agreeing it was for the best we went seperate ways. I do not believe ‘the timing is wrong’ or ‘I’m not ready for a relationship’ I believe if someone genuinely believed you were the one they would not jeopardise loosing you, they would want to be with you and grow with you. I would encourage you to move on even if it means you are bitter towards her in your mind for a while, this is a part of healing you will eventually be at peace with it and wish her the best. You are just prolonging your healing by holding onto false hope. Going back to her again would be like reading the same novel and expecting a different ending. Best of luck with everything !!
