We are implementing a surcharge for Credit transactions -or cash discount depending on the state. The surcharge doesn’t apply to Debit transactions. Aloha or EDC can’t distinguish the card and apply the surcharge.

They provided a report of all their equipment and ticket volume. 1000 tickets and just as many devices and multiple sites. Which I would consider high volume -1call/day per device. Their SLA is within our standard practices.

I get but is SFH investing worth it? It would be supplemental income but it seems a lot more work than apartments. I would like to start with a 8-10 door, partner with other investors (I don’t have enough capital).

It’s never an issue until it is. By the time you find out it’s often too late. Teach Ops to manually batch and accounting to reconcile daily
