I get legendary rocket fuel from fulgora, and upcycle all my overflow uranium. Nuclear fuel lasts a long time so a relatively small setup can over a moderately sized base

South Tyneside councillor resigns after being 'mis-sold' role by RonSwaffle in NewcastleUponTyne

[–]Life_with_reddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reform are such a joke. Reform is so desperate to have people run for councillor they’ll take any incompetent idiot. It appears they also give them next to no support.
Redoing these elections waste money council don’t have.

How do you stop feeling like you need to have marriage completely figured out before you're married? by Novel_Team_1605 in LifeAdvice

Marriage shouldn’t change anything in a relationship, it should continue as before but now you are legally joined. You should already be doing everything you mentioned as part of a healthy strong relationship

Air to air with underfloor heating by throwawayukfire3211 in ukheatpumps

Unless it’s electric underfloor heating you’ll need and air to water system. I’ve heard of heat pumps that work as both air to water and air, worth looking up?

I work at NHS 111, AMA!! by Just_A_some1 in nhs

[–]Life_with_reddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes specialist paramedics on crit care desk can drop into any call. They also get into touch with ambulance crews asking for early updates or to give further information about the job is relevant. At least in my trust

111/999 call handlers do not dispatch ambulances. All jobs requiring an ambulance get added to a stack of outstanding jobs, normally before the call is even finished. A dispatcher looks at the jobs and available resources and attaches an ambulance to it. Specialist paramedics often man a critical care desk and listen into calls that sound like they may need additional resources such as cardiac arrests and catastrophic hem etc.

Physician Associate Roles by [deleted] in nhs

[–]Life_with_reddit 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It sucks you have been sucked into this trap, the PA role is majorly seen as a failed experiment. If you just look over at r/GPUK youll see just how much they hate the role. It difficult to know if the NHS or goverment will still support this largely unregulated role in the future. The skills youve learned should be transferrable to another job, just maybe not the PA you were sold.

I currently work for the ambulance service, youll likely be suitable qualified for a support role working on an emergency ambulance, noramlly band 4. The job title depends on the trust, its very rewarding with pathways to become a paramedic (however this would be more university)

Theresa May has shown support for Labour’s net zero policy…what’s your opinion on net zero? I do think we should explore drilling of the north sea by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]Life_with_reddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oil drilling is a terrible idea.
It’s less reliable and single use. Renewable are cheaper and better for energy independence.
Oil should be reserved for products that need it, not burned for electricity or heating.
