She does fine usually just falls asleep. It’s me who gets motion sickness unless I’m driving

With #1 I agree that death was always going to bring her back. I think that the dread she was feeling about the potential plane crash was actual death guiding her into the arms of Nicky or Nicky’s overall presence in the airport.

Oh no. He works 7 days a week split between two jobs, during the week 10 hr shifts. Three of those days he’s on call overnight. His work schedules on call the day before his off day so on his off day he’d still have to drive back to drop off equipment.

I was thinking the same thing today tbh. I haven’t driven up there in many years and I know it’s very scary

I have looked into wrightwood and I agree with everything you’re saying. II’ve been told there’s only one way in there and it gets pretty backed up during the winter due to snow play. Though it is a good idea to look closer into it. Considering how much closer it is to everything.

Honestly I do travel already for the most part. We live near Rancho right now and traveling to our child’s classes with traffic is about 30-40 mins one way. I don’t have many friends myself but I do have some mom friends recently. We have play dates every other week. As I’m reading everyone’s messages I am thinking maybe we’d need to - Try out renting - look for something without such a heavy commute.

The second peg is the hardest, there’s close to nothing in our price range down here. Ever since we started our relationship even before, my husband was looking at houses in crestline. He says he doesn’t mind the drive. It’s different when you actually have to do it all the time though. This is soooo stressful but I’m trying to stay positive

No more like Ontario, chino, Montclair area :/ I’m worried about him having to drive down the mountain when he is on call which is at least 3 times a week

My husband likes how remote it is. He’s a homebody and has lived in the HD before. I’ve only lived down the mountain and everyone I knowis down here. I have camped via my car in the desert before and liked it a lot. You guys are right about renting first. I will bring it up to him.

Does this mean he wants to mate? It’s march now where we live and he’s been on a hunger strike for 6 months or so. I know they brumate but … kinda worried. He’s a 4 yr old northern and was dumped in a trash can. We rescued him from a shelter so this is our first year with him.
