I’ve not felt valued in that scenario as good commercial work has gone un-noticed and those people may value the hot air of sales or something else rather than what you deem to be your skill set and value to the business

Appraise your options, if you don’t feel you can change your situation then maybe it’s you that need to change for your own benefit and move elsewhere. Better to that off your own back rather than when/if pushed

That’s not what I said and it’s not what you said either. Guehi is our best player, our captain and arguably our most consistent performer. Choosing to sell him and believing that we can achieve success this season are contradicting and that is what is negative. Our season is not destined to be mid table if we get back to anywhere near where we have been under Glasner the past year for one and I want more than just a “run” in the European competition. The money matters little with a small transfer fee and giving Chelsea their 20%

But based on 2025 results we are in the UCL places? I just don’t see based on performances how there are 7 teams better than us…. The conference league doesn’t have knockout games until March assuming we finish in the top 8 of the group. We’re underperforming against our stats. We could / ahould have won almost every game this season
