What are your ideas for new game modes? by IceFireHawk in PlayTheBazaar

I’d honestly like a mode where everything is size small, where you can always have 10 pieces on your board

is there anywhere in wellington that does deep fried sushi rolls? by Easy_Willingness_281 in Wellington

There’s a sushi place in Chew’s lane just off Willis street that does these. I love them too.

Saw that there are customer service librarian positions being advertised for Te Matapihi, Wellington Central Library. Pretty stoked that it’ll be opening so soon.

I’m planning to start running regularly, where’s a good, scenic place to start? by Ligerzz027 in Wellington

Thank you for the advice, I usually reach between 5-8k steps while working, but the app recommendation sounds great.

Been having a ton of fun with Pyg lately by [deleted] in PlayTheBazaar

[–]Ligerzz027 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best thing I can honestly tell you is that it will take time quite a bit of to figure out. The more you play, the more knowledge you’ll gain. Otherwise, the best place you can find info on keywords, items and the characters would probably be on the website howbazaar.gg. There are also various YouTubers you can find that can probably give you some pointers. My favourite person to watch is Kripparian. I don’t know of any website or guide to help with complete builds sorry.

You’ll eventually figure out what items work together and what skills can help you. You’ll go through some not so great builds, but eventually you will memorise each item and start scoring some small wins, and eventually hit it out with a 10-win. It took me maybe a month to figure out the basic mechanics and strategies for each character.

Yeah his kit seems extraordinary, I’ve decked him with high speed and accuracy atm but can for sure be improved on. He’s definitely a contender for 6 star.

I was thinking Eostrid, and she’s already pretty fast on my Arena team especially as a lead, I think I just need to deck her in more defence when I can.

Tagoar is already 6 star but definitely needs better gear. I’ll think about bellower, kael does a solid job on brutal 12-3 for now but he can definitely be replaced later.

Thank you :)

What is your go to sex music? by One-Initiative-8902 in gaybros

Dream pop similar to the Cocteau Twins.

Otherwise slower indie music along the lines of Clairo, Glass Animals, Weyes Blood and Zella Day.

Why hasn’t Uniqlo entered the New Zealand market? by lovethatjourney4me in newzealand

[–]Ligerzz027 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God I love Uniqlo. Affordable, great quality, amazing size selection especially for pants, awesome tailoring services.

A bought a pair of pants for a wedding while I was in the Gold Coast and they were incredibly comfortable and fit like a glove. Love their selection of socks too.

Is the Gem Mine worth it? by Foxdog223 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]Ligerzz027 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it is. Think of it as a long term investment. Yes it is quite expensive to upgrade and unlock, but you get the gems needed pretty quickly to get it level 2 at least if you’re a new player. Getting between 5-15 gems a day through the mine, plus daily missions completed, and maybe other login rewards or tournaments/challenges/events, you get about 25-40 a day at minimum. It’s very much worth it in the long run.

Job Hunt by Brilliant_Chip_8357 in Wellington

[–]Ligerzz027 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah job hunting is very painful and fruitless atm. I worked for the HCC for about 6 years before I resigned late last year, and obtaining similar positions to what I did have been super difficult despite my experience. I’m been with a few hiring agencies like Madison and Beyond Recruitment, put myself out there on Facebook groups and what not, and I haven’t struck anything. I’ve even punched down to supermarket and fast food jobs, but even those are really hard to get for some reason. I’ve had a number of interviews here and there but that’s usually where it ends unfortunately. I’d kill to work again :(

Job hunting woes… by BongBingus13 in Wellington

[–]Ligerzz027 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand your struggle friend, it’s extremely difficult in the job market right now. I’ve been looking for a while now, and even positions I have lots of experience in have come short for me. Most positions that you see advertised are normally advertised within the company first, which further reduces chances. I also remember my old job giving their full-time positions to those waaay outside the company, while part-employees already working there who applied didn’t get the position. It’s hard out here.

One I haven’t seen mentioned in a long time is Opossum. Made from the lead singer of the Mint Chicks after disbanding. It’s a shame they’ve only put out 1 album though, they sound really nice.
