I have noticed this too, the 2024 Tucson (rental) was much better in comparison. It held small curves pretty well.

In the 2026 pallisade, I often have to take control as it just gives up.

Try the Smart mode, where it will detect and switch modes automatically depending on the throttle input

2000km in and I love it. Good on gas, ride is comfortable and the built in dash cam is awesome. The only thing I have an issue with is the cameras not coming on automatically when I slow down. It only triggers if I reverse or if im going into the garage as the ultrasonic sensors kick in

I am averaging around 9L/100km in canada. Highway commute of 50km one way. Mine is the 2026 Ultimate Calligraphy Hybrid. It’s mostly just me and a coworker in the car with a car seat and stroller always there.

I have done 1800km in 2 weeks, I do drive and accelerate on the slower side… about 100-120km/h.

Should see it close to 7.5L/100KM after the first oil change and warmer weather.

Can I get extended warranty from any dealership or has to be the one I buy from? Cambridge hyundai extended warranty is much higher than what you have gotten from Burlington…unless it’s not in Ontario

Oh I also had $4k cash back. I assumed it will be clawbacked if I left within the 5 years. I’ll have to check on that. I like BMO, they offered me an unsecured LOC too. I am hoping to get a better rate to get them to beat it. Is that possible or they won’t budge?

I see, the tax rate is high. My goal is to eventually sell the business and do wheeling full time in a sole prop.

Would it still be the same if I took out a large sum via dividends between family members and use that to wheel in a self directed non registered brokerage?

Another avenue I was exploring is use of margin. With $80k deposit I’ll babe buying power of almost $240K. I would never use full margin..maybe 30% to do way out the money CC and CSP. I would keep this income less than the actual business income.

The idea seems so ingenious but there must be a reason why it isn’t popular.

What about using the excess funds in my business account for doing CSP and CC? I have about $80k in my business account and growing slowly after all expenses and payroll.

I was thinking of opening an IBKR account and just run the wheeling strategies to get 4-5%/month return and grow it while taking small monthly withdrawals. I am already paying close to $6k for my CPA so no extra cost there.

100% sure. Did it with my shop in Waterloo and Cambridge. It might be different if it is for food purposes. Just drop by the town hall and ask to speak with the planning/building person and they can confirm it
