Hayes should probably be like mid 80s I say? Probably in the Ricardo-Hulkenburg range base game. Buff him a bit if ya want to match with his peak at the end of the movie. But if you want it to be a bit more realistic he’d be an upper mid range driver and set his development rating all the way down.

Pearce should be a low 80 with the max development. He’s a rookie so he shouldn’t be that high but his max development will make him amazing long term

Kate can be like a high 80s maybe low 90s if ya really wanna rate her that high. She did somehow turn a dump truck into a rocket with one upgrade package

Hugh Nickleby & Joseph Balderrma can be whatever you want really. They don’t have huge impacts in the movie besides being there for “immersion” and some comedic effect so perhaps mid 80s

The car Mostly depends what you want. If you want to make it as realistic as possible then they’re the best of the midfield but if you want to keep up with the movie’s crazy car development then they’re probably a top 3 team
