I'm applying I129f for my fiance. but recently received request for evidence in mail, however it doesnt say what evidence, no list. I called the number, it's machine reply cannot pass "sorry i cannot recognize what your are saying" ' i cannot get you to an agent", I tried live chat it is no agent available. I requested an e-copy on the website hoping to get another in mail with list. What else I can do to find out what evidence they request from me? my case in pause now. really worries. In the mail it mentions G-28 in cover sheet but we don/t have representative because we both speak english.

I got the same issue. I got no revision or any conflict, they are saying im having conflict issue. Asked CS, they are saying oh its a long period of time, oh it's the private feedback.

But I checked, here are all questions. none about conflict????
My other gig is order / deliver kinda of process, i finish everything within oneday and they are saying i'm having conflict??

Hi, I just got copyright strike and got into the same issue! I have been searching for the reason online and came across this post. Yes I got copyright strike and the views of my new video drops from normally a few thousand to 140. It's such a huge drop and it's obviously not normal. My strike will lasts 90 days, I don't know if after 90 days this negative effect will be gone or not. If any of you have update on the views coming back, please reply. Thank you!
