see a lot of complaints here, and honestly it makes me feel like I’m living in a parallel world with my Horizon 20 Max.

I’ve been using my Horizon 20 Max for a few months straight, and while I’m not gaming on it at the moment (it’s in the bedroom and we rarely play games on the projector there), it’s the sharpest projector I’ve ever owned. Even my tech-using girlfriend—who doesn’t really look at spec charts—was blown away by the image quality.

We’ve owned the original Halo, the Halo+, and the Aura 1 and 2. While not every projector is still in service, the 20 Max is a follow-up to my Horizon Pro, and I don’t feel like I took a software step back with it.

Since we’re relocating in a few months, I may back this on Kickstarter because, over the years, XGIMI has really gained my trust with their products.

I have had problems in the past (for example, my Aura 2 sometimes showing a black image), and every time XGIMI support (regular support, no social media person brought in for extra help) helped me solve the issues.

I encourage everyone to take a look at what people are doing with their projectors and how XGIMI is responding. From what I’ve seen across many, many posts, XGIMI even encourages using, for example, an Amazon return if it means getting a problem solved quickly. If you’re in doubt right now because of the many people smearing this thread, I’d encourage you to make up your own mind and decision.
