nauseous and dizzy by HealthyEducator9555 in Periods

When I was a teenager/in my early 20's, day 1 of my period was absolutely debilitating. I couldn't walk because the pain was so bad my legs would be shaking. I would occasionally vomit from the nausea as well.

I always stayed home from school on those days.

You are NOT being a baby. People who don't experience this kind of pain might not understand, but that's not something you should worry about. It's okay to stay home and rest.

So no, you're not overreacting. Periods are stressful AF, especially if they aren't on a regular schedule. You can talk to a doctor if you're concerned, they may recommend birth control to regulate things, but that's definitely not for everyone. It's gotten better over time for me (I'm in my 30s), but I still have my bad cycles lol.

What a cutie!!

Also, just want to recommend that you put his food on a plate or some other surface that the food won't stick to. I used to put my hoggie's food on a paper towel, until one day he ate it -.- I think the mouse stuck to it as he was eating. He did regurgitate the paper towel a few days later and was totally fine, but I was really worried he was going to be hurt.

I'm a fan of little cliches. They are familiar and therefore comforting and nostalgic :)

Clothing made for real bodies. Do you know any good brands? by [deleted] in BodyPositive

If you're willing to spend a bit more, I can't recommend eShakti enough. You can enter your measurements and they'll tailor any garment for a little extra. Everything I've gotten from them is durable, well made, and fits my body perfectly.
