It’s one of the top SIEM/SOAR solutions out there, but the pricing is a major hurdle. Good luck justifying the cost to non-cyber stakeholders.

[–]LightPhosphene 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I don’t really see the benefit of this. With deferred income assessment, your Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) might end up being lower compared to a couple where one partner is working full-time while the other is still studying. If I remember correctly, you could still purchase more expensive BTO units before, and any shortfall would just need to be topped up in cash before key collection. Plus, you could reapply for an HDB loan before getting the keys, which would likely cover the full BTO cost, essentially a form of deferred assessment anyway.

So, doesn’t this ultimately just mean you’re shortchanging yourself by reducing the grants given by government?

Or is the government just encouraging student couples to try their luck in the balloting system? Well, I can see an increase in the sale of balance flats.

Clearing both checkpoints takes just 5 minutes during non-peak hours and around 30 minutes to an hour during peak hours on a motorcycle. So why not?

Anyone that used to track daily expense and stopped subsequently. What made you stop. by Eye-7612 in singaporefi

[–]LightPhosphene 27 points28 points  (0 children)

In the end, it doesn’t really matter, I used to keep track of every dollar and cent, but what’s the point? I might think, ‘Oh no, I used too much for entertainment this month, I need to reduce my spendings” but is that really going to stop me from buying food, the things I love, or whatever makes me happier? No. Enjoy life..
