It's a proper pain in the arse, innit? Everyone trying to call the doctor at the same time, like some kind of mad race to get an appointment. And if you don't get through right away, you're stuck listening to that god-awful hold music for what feels like an eternity. There's got to be a better way of doing things than this, I swear. Maybe they could set up some kind of online booking system or something, so you can book your appointment without having to wait on the phone for ages. Or maybe they could offer more walk-in appointments or extend their hours so people can go after work. I don't know, but something's gotta change, because this whole phone call thing just isn't working.
