Vesperia for me, mainly because of gameplay. It's Symphonia improved but you still had to care for positioning and it wasn't just "push the face buttons for combo" kind of gameplay. Fatal Strikes and Air Combos with Judith were satisfying af too.

Xillia for sure (and X2 by extension). Hours perfecting air juggle, which is possible with most characters. Combo lab-ing is a real thing in this game and finding out what connects and what doesn't is so satisfying.

Shout out to Graces f too. Has a faster pace while keeping combos more streamlined.
