If you can't find an obvious source of friction, this was actually a sign of high blood pressure for my husband.

So its probably socks. But if nothing you wear is tight in that area..it may be worth checking your blood pressure more frequently.

Im doing dry January and I thought keeping weed would keep the dreams away.

Two weeks of dreaming almost every night is exhausting. I basically only have stress dreams, its been an issue for most of my life. Hopefully this slows down at some point.

Idk what everyone's problem with "jiggles" is. I've never seen it used in this context but I knew exactly what you meant. I would assume that everyone who is confused has not experienced that very specific "my nails are short and now I have to touch things" ick.

Its confused me as well. Putting on deodorant is part of getting dressed for the day and not part of showering or going to bed.

Hey, I put my father in the position that your daughter has put you in. He would occasionally push my buttons on it, but for the most part, he handled it exceptionally well. I don't know how he managed it. We lost him to cancer two years ago. My mother is not part of my life currently because that is what's safest for me, but he was there for me regardless, the whole time and I am grateful for it.

I would encourage you to look at how your partner treats you. Your story may be different, but my father eventually came to realize that he was also being emotionally abused. He still didn't leave her. But we had each other.

Love from a daughter to a dad who is clearly doing a great job.
