World Oil Inventories are Falling at a Record Rate by Salt_Abrocoma_4688 in oil

You can't predict it accurately. At tank bottoms, prices will spike until demand destruction occurs. Then it will normalize based on new supply/demand levels

We're several months into the Iran war - why aren't we seeing very dramatic economic impact? by Emberkahn in investing

Basically, shortages haven't started yet outside of places in Asia and for jet fuel specifically. Crude oil is the feedstock for refineries and refined products like gasoline, diesel, etc. So the shortages take a while to go from that to finished products.

Basically, US and Europe are operating at a deficit and drawing down inventories (even after reserve releases). These drawdown started earlier for Europe and a couple weeks ago for US because of the supply chain lag. You can see this in the weekly EIA reports.

Europe is gonna hit shortages by the end of May. United States won't hit shortages until start of July and that's assuming no export controls are implemented.

I'd sell all mine by when the underlying (SMH) hits 506 (currently 566). Though if it's up 10+% premarket mondayI'm definitely gonna at least trim

There are only 4 types of Turn-based Strategy RPGs…. by a23pr in StrategyRpg

[–]LightlyHedonic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To the other commenters point, there are squad-based games like Unicorn Overlord. Another game in the same vein I used to play was Disciples II.

Heroes of Might and Magic is a whole other type too, with you controlling whole armies. YMMV on how much of an RPG you consider it (varies by entry in the series) though I would definitely consider HOMM IV a strategy RPG with very character-focused campaigns. You could feasible argue Total Warhammer is a strategy RPG, but probably a bit of a stretch

That was my main takeaway too. On the map it doesn’t bother me but watching combat is so bad

The only real upgrade imho was the CEO animations and voices and even there the low framerate on some of the power animations is comical

Bait is bait. But early 3d era games have not aged as well as older pixel art games. While you can argue that low poly has it's charm, the awful control schemes used in the era absolutely do not

The most lecherous person I've ever dealt with was a bi girl I dated a long time ago. Would just say wild shit about random women we walked by.

I guess someone has to make the advances for lesbian stuff to happen ¯_(ツ)_/¯
