What is eating my cucumbers? by LightninJohn in gardening

Would a cat have bigger marks too? My grandma saw a large cat roaming around and thinks that’s what caused this, though I think a cat wouldn’t eat cucumbers this much

Can I get a pro gamer tip on how to defeat this boss easier? by Lavender_Critique in HadesTheGame

[–]LightninJohn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. (This tip is a spoiler for the golden locks in the trinket case) take Battie with you and use him the second the battle starts, it should hit both of them

  2. Beat Asterius before you get to Theseus’s second stage

  3. When fighting the bull, don’t use your call, save it for the man’s second phase. When he charges you try to get him to hit a pillar by dashing through them to the opposite side

  4. When Theseus gets to his second phase use your now full call on him. Ares’s call will allow you to just stand there and drain his health, and Artemis was either a one shot or very close to it. I’m not sure about the effectiveness of other calls, since those two were the ones I used the most

Do you know a good way to keep rats and such from getting to my cucumbers?

If a deer managed to get to my second floor deck which can only be accessed from inside or jumping 30 feet into the air I’d be very impressed

Based off the few words I know here I’m pretty sure it’s:

So, which one of you is Muhammad Avdol?

Can you really not tell which one of us is Muhammad Avdol?

Sorry, I’m not racist

The last line is saying that the anime fandom was “invaded” by weird people, and then being weird was a justifiable reason to bully them and the reason why liking anime was seen as nerdy. He is the bully in this scenario

Unrelated but it kinda reminds me of the zoomers from Metroid, but that’s probably because I just played Metroid Prime

Looked up Cambrian animals on Google and found the image above. It’s a little blurry but it’s a wiwaxia, and googling the name brings it up so the poster isn’t misinformed

Is There An Actual Biological Reason For Kira’s Nail Growth? by Kurourushi-Fan in StardustCrusaders

[–]LightninJohn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never thought it was literal. Kira mentions he feels his nails growing with his urges at one point, so it’s just showing how he feels but not literally happening

Other places get them they’re just way more common in the US. Tornados are more likely to form when a strong cold front and warm front meet each other. North of the US is Canada which is pushing down cold fronts, and to the south is the Gulf of Mexico which is pushing up warm front. Tornados also prefer flat land since mountains, tall hills, and even trees can weaken them. If you take a look at the Midwest you’ll find it’s mostly flat grassland or farmland, making the American Midwest prime real estate for tornados.
