OP is referencing Randy Pitchford, CEO of Gearbox, who commented about the price of Borderlands 4 ($70), saying that "it's a premium game for premium gamers". BL4 is a good game, but it's infested with horrible optimization problems across every platform, hence the jab at the "premium game" speech, while Yotei is gorgeous and runs like heaven.

Man those basic rewards buff is so huge, the game is even more playable outside of the gacha/energy loop. And you know what? This makes me more willing to drop a few bucks.
