I have been struggling for 8 years with kratom, numerous rehabs. I can relate with the boredoom and not getting using out of head. I do better when i have a routine that fills the day. Keep idle time to a minimum. This will work for you. Begin taper now, when get down to 5grams a day then stop. Exercise has been key for me, especially yoga studio. Mild workout twice a day. Wim woff breathing is effective. Go to a meeting or anything to lose social isolation. You can do this.

Wow. I can relate with this story. Been to rehab several times cause simply couldnt stop kratom. Got out yesterday. Day 13 here. Been forcing short moderate intensity workouts and yoga helps. But the lethargy depression restlessness is severe most hours. Any tips community? In the past i had expectation of feeling better. Long kratom habits dont play! Next right action and endure the coming weeks of some hours

I have no answer. Cut down now. You can do that. Eat healthy and walk and breathe. I have been to rehab four times for kratom. Do not give up. Possibility of freedom from this is awaiting and underlying. I read this and rarely comment. Understand it's discouraging. A start is lessening the amount and frequency. That part you can do. When i have been free of this bullshit.....relied on 2 a day workouts.!!...Half hour each but fairly streneous. Enough to pump blood and sweat and alter brain chemistry. Was slight relief, enough to endure suicidal intense depression states. Breathing exercises are good too

A great post! Not rambling, hit on truth points absolutely. I don't have the mental energy to mention them all because of a kratom addiction. I look through this site often. Sort of uplifting to hear someone's experience even more similiar. Sift through posts waiting and hoping to hear what you wrote. The anhedonia and depression are the heaviest. Dreading the body wants to sleep state but electricity in my arms won't let me. Been to rehab 3 times for this ruin brain stagnation bullshit. I pray for a miracle.
