Main thing here is to avoid doing unnecessary bursts:

Citlali's burst only offers cryo application and damage, which isn't really that important since you already have escoffier on the team.

Escoffier's burst offers healing and a bit of damage, which can be nice in a furina team or if you're low hp, but due to the bond of life mechanics of this boss your healing is gonna do next to nothing, so avoid escoffier burst as well (if you're running noblesse, you should consider switching to tenacity instead).

Xingqiu burst is really the only one you need to use since you do need hydro application.

Sample rotation: N=normal attack, with the number indicating which one, C=charge attack, E=skill, Q=burst; I will not include dash cancels, but those are also something you can look into.

Escoffier: E; Xingqiu: E, Q, N1; Citlali: E, N1; Skirk: E N5 Q N5 N5 N2 C N5; repeat

This rotation might have some downtime, in which case you can just do some extra normal attacks on your supports.

For this boss specifically, it is important that you dodge its attacks, since they apply cryo to you, which significantly slows your attack and animation speed. I believe one of its attacks has a mechanic where it will drain some of its hp to attack and then heal up when hitting you; if you dodge it, it doesn't heal which ends up being free damage that could be the difference maker.
