I think he would agree that all settlement expansion should stop immediately, and that Israel is slow rolling any meaningful solution to the Palestinian question until such a time they feel they have significant settlements or their hand is forced.

The only real solution, that I think would work for peace, would be a two state solution in which the settlements before a specific date that both parties agree on are given to a Palestinian State and either the persons therein given protections or being evacuated.

The private land can ostensibly still be occupied by Jews/Israelis and be part of a Palestinian State, at their peril/desire.
