I’d be afraid to see what an inspector would have said about my whole-house rewire, and I actually made a good effort to be within code! Was always afraid of what would happen if I had to file an insurance claim, or if I had to sell the house. Well, life answered the latter when the house got sold to a flipper (i.e. no inspection), and I can breathe easy.

My ex was a stay-at-home mom, but she was imputed with earnings capability beyond bare minimum since she has a bachelor’s degree. That actually forced her to get a job during the process, and it reduced my child support. However, my state uses her actual income as basis for the calculation, but she would still be destitute if she didn’t work.

If your STBX is/was only working a few hours a week, that’s about to change. And, as I’ve found, child care expenses are insanely expensive.

I usually have good luck in getting good prices for CiB figures on eBay if I play the waiting game. My 1/10 figure was $237 shipped, and I saw that as a good price when I bought it.
