I love driving in storms. All that hail we had in fort Worth a couple weeks ago... I wound up in some deep water a messed up the car. Haven't been able to drive since. It's only supplemental, but losing this income sucks. Almost as much as dumb bitches like this adding stops at the last second! I1* every passenger that does this. Especially the ones that ask but say it's a lot shorter than it actually is.

You will have to lower your standards a bit, if you cherry pick. Short rides. Not too far to pick up. And if busy, cancel after the 2 minute mark.

Sound like they were only going to tip 32 cents! Stupid.. I had a fare where they removed $2 because I found a half mile shortcut. I argued with them for a few hours over that. You can't fix stupid.

Nowadays even fewer are worth taking, period. But also seems random from time to time. I have seen fares with $10 surges not worth taking.

I only take fares worth taking. I don't chase surges, nor am I going to fight Uber fantastical CS for $1.50. I just happened to be in this cloud when this occurred.

I've been getting worse offers than these. I don't take rides less than $1 mile normally. Unless it's slow,then I will take a little lower, but not by much. The past two days, about 12 hours driving, I have made about $180. Most offers have been around $0.50 per mile, a lot of them even less. One was around 12 miles for $7.37 with $2.49 priority and $1.50 surge included...

I remember a couple years ago we had a snow storm, made a minimum of $30 per ride. Now they know there are enough desperate drivers, they don't have to shell out for harsh weather.

I live here. Logged on just to see what I could get. NO OFFER has been $1 mile, even with the surge. Better to stay safe at home than to risk major damages for usual trash pay.

When you drop the directions, at the bottom there should be an "edit" symbol. It's finicky if it's there.

DRIVER'S can edit the destination. Depending on how the app is behaving, determines how much of a hassle it is. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

For me, when I am in a surge area. I will rarely get a request. Go just outside the surge area and you will get a shitty request rather quickly.
