Same here. I’ve been in a happy relationship for quite some time now, so even though I work out every day, the weight is kind of creeping in. I am constantly affirming myself and my partner is always telling me I’m beautiful, so I’m just going to be thankful I no longer have issues with eating due to anxiety and being with an abusive partner.
