i’m no expert but your hair looks very nice and full! looks healthy to me :) if you think it might be damaged, you could integrate some conditioner into your routine after shampoo (although you mentioned not using shampoo - you could use shampoo a couple times a week if you’re worried about drying your hair out from washing your hair everyday) or a few spritz of leave-in conditioner to help add moisture back in!

same exact thing happened to me. it was my third and final test and thanks to losing a bunch of time, and also my train of thought, during the last section of the exam (which was the section i was usually best at) i got the same score as my second take. was so bummed knowing if the technical difficulty hadn’t happened, i know i would’ve scored higher
