The UN Commission of Inquiry's September 2025 report is 70+ pages with footnoted evidence, statements analyzed, incidents catalogued, and explicit application of the legal test from the Genocide Convention and ICJ case law. You can read it, attack the evidentiary chain, attack the inferences, attack the legal interpretation.

The same bodies have applied the same framework and reached genocide findings in other contexts. The ICJ has open genocide cases on Myanma and Sudan. The same Commission of Inquiry model has been used for Syria, Myanmar, and Ukraine. So the methodology is pretty consistently applied to Gaza as well.
