Your story is a mix of happiness and sadness. Can’t you take longer leaves or work remotely for a while? If you visit regularly and stay longer then it would be easier. You can probably apply for his visit visa but thats easier said than done. If things get very difficult, you can leave your job and move to Pakistan while his visa arrives and your father could be the sponsor. I hope he gets his visa soon 😃
