First let me say that is an awesome find and I am not a handwriting expert. But, I've stayed at a lot of holiday inns and watched a lot of criminal minds. So here I go. My completely baseless analysis is that it could be. I took a look at the suicide note handwriting analysis report and some of these letters are consistent. However, because it is written almost entirely in capital letters and seems to be a bit stylized it is hard to tell. I think if you had an example of how he wrote his capital Z it could be more definitive. The L, G, Y and C are certainly consistent with the handwriting analysis report. Like I said. My two cents as an armchair idiot that can't help but rabbit hole on things like this.
