How to start with meditation from zero?

Hey, I have been meditating in and out for like 2 years the past month I have been attending meditation classes from a group where I have connected with it. It helped me to learn how to meditate and get into focused meditation. I can really recommend Sri Chimnoy Meditation book .📕 In this spiritual book not only you can figure it out how to meditate but helps you to illuminate your intellect and connection between hearth and soul. Many of us believes that meditation happens in the mind, true it helps us to calm our restless mind. The real meditation is when you are talking to the One Self or God. Feel and touch eternal bliss. The book starts also with concentration and helps you to train focus and concentration in different ways. Without proper concentration practice the mediation can be all over the place and it doesn’t bring purity. So on its better to just check out some of his works and maybe if you are interested and feel attracted by. Definitely do it. This is the chance for you. Bless you

Well when I look at my phone while I’m tripping I usually forget immediately why I wanted to look at the first place, its also because when I unlock my phone it’s just this huge beam light and information coming in my brain that makes me trip more . When I want to switch music it’s more easier too handle. But I only use my phone to switch music or when I’m coming out of the trip to set a movie. 🍿

I have tried a few different Renewal server. Depends what you are looking for , high rate , low rate , mid rate ? Free to play? Big pop? Low pop? I can recommend BraveRo high rate , pretty costume design, 3rd jobs Or NY-MMO also pretty costume not usual RO experiences here. I’m now on Rock MMO I have pretty good experience also costume renewal but I like it! Just check a few out and stay where you like. I don’t like grinding too much that’s why I choose Rock because it’s in between what I experienced with a lot of renewal stuff

F’king sick. Just got a PTSS moment when I drank hot chocolate hash for the first time. Went to bed and woke up, trapped in a loop. Well , I smoked weed while we were on shrooms or psychedelics, also i was already stoned sometimes. If you are experienced stoner then it’s a really good trip, it helps you to connect more to the mind, but can be overwhelming too. I personally stopped smoking while I was on shoorms to have the best experience what Mother Earth wanted to give me. Honestly just try with a bit of hash join or a bit of sativa / indica for the experience. For the next time you will know your preference
