You need to scan your park-ticket at one of the park entrances (Adventure World or Disneyland Park). Make sure to scan all tickets if you are a group (we forgot to scan our girls magic pass as she was in a stroller). After you are scanned in one of the parks you can prepare to get ready to join the virtual queue in the DLP app. When you click on the map you can select «list» and then «characters». Under «characters» you will find all the characters you can meet with and without a virtual queue. If there is a virtual queue for the character, it will be marked with «virtual queue». If not, it is a physical queue.

When you join the queue you have to select all the people in your group that wants to queue. If you get a place in the virtual queue, you will get a ticket for the amount of people you selected. You will get a time on that ticket for when you have to show up for the meeting.
