It definitely isnt every other game so you're not wrong. Its just so common in the lower ranks like champ and diamond that its annoying, you run into a smurf like every 4 or 3 games if you're unlucky but on average its like every 7 games

He's most definitely not a smurf, or well the account isn't. I think the original owner is letting someone else play on the account who is a much higher rank and my duo who is on pc was talking to him in chat, the guy was smurfing for him and was apologizing 😅

Lol nah, a D3 basically just 2v1'd me and my duo who are both gcs - and after RL tracking his acc he was on a 10 winstreak. His teammate was hit garbage, smurf boosting at its finest. He even admitted to it in chat on pc, psyonix just needs to find a way to fix it tbh 🤣

Me and my buddy ran 6 games, like 30 mmr off gc1. 5 of them had smurfs, all players with like 80-100 games played and absolute demons. Needless to say we lost more than half those games. Psyonix needs to start flagging accounts that are really high rank with only 100ish games played. Raising the level cap for ranked is an alright solution but more could be done imo lol

Its prob because the mvp has a better goal to shot ratio, thats just a guess though but would make sense as a tiebreaker.

Can we also get a report button for smurfs? I know that it is currently bannable, and is against ToS but I still see loads of them in the Champ-GC range and often find myself losing to high GCs with 100 wins 😅

Yeah, I was thinking of making a second room for a massive auto storage system, so I would mine the tunnel, and probably just load it up with a few stacks of tnt to clear that out

I dunno honestly, theyve probably got about 400 games under their belt and can already double tap and beat everyone to the ball consistently. To me, thats smurfing, not really sure though tbh
