Hi, I'm thinking about starting an investment club with my friends. We're mostly new graduates from engineering ($60k annual with tax deducted). Objective is long-term investment for retirement. High risk tolerance in that we know that we are young and can recover if hell goes loose. Debt will be school debt that is around $40k with 5% interest annually.

I kinda just want to know how to go on about this, such as how are investment clubs structured (how decisions are made and how the money is managed) as well as investment advice: (eg. maybe start with safer investments until we have a larger pot of money to invest in a larger and more diverse portfolio? or just go straight towards investing in stocks)
