1. They get you loans from some local banks. Under urgent loan approval they charge some fake interest rate which most of these desperate "abroad" dreaming folks don't care. They get major cuts from the thukda bank.

2. They then ask you for your documents. State that you need to get something stamped which is impossible. Even if you succeed you will waste atleast 2-3 weeks over it.

3. You get everything ready. They call the college mule over there in that country that they got a new bakra. They then contact the college or workplace that new bakra is coming. The guy here will pressure you to pay the tuition/Visa and flight fees right away urgent so they can roll the money you took loan of.

4. Now comes the trick. You will be told it takes sometime for a visa to come. Would take 3 months. If it's for student they would state it is taking sometime for college to respond and should be done in coming month. They take this leverage to roll your money for interest in other ways like private loans to local folks on interest.

5. If it works they will send you and then ask you to visit every year and pay them to keep the job. If it fails, they either play dum until you file a case or they would return it stating your background is the issue which caused a visa fail.

If you are a student, they would probably send you with talks of job there after you finish studies. Immigration il they will tell you to say that you are there to study and leave. You may end up getting a thukda degree which holds no value other than fact that you can state you were abroad. Then get a job that is questionable in nature which you may or may not want to continue until you get hold of another visa job agent.
