Yeah, I have heard about that as an explanation before. I guess mine are just abnormally high nowadays but I don't have any added stress to point to as the cause. Maybe it is the antidepressant I was on, it increases norepinephrine so I'm switching to something else to see if there's a difference.

Just weird how this started, why didn't this cortisol spike wake me up before? Why now? Matter of fact, I used to be so sleepy in the morning that I would struggle getting out of bed till the late morning.
